Whatever we have in our diet, we always have a soft corner for fast food. For some, the greasy noodles on the street are tasty, for some, the drive-in burger joints are tastier and for some, unlimited amount of ketchup is the ultimate key to satisfaction.

Taco Bell Cemita
This preparation can be used for breakfast or as snacks. Now, how can you prepare the basic model?
Ingredients: 3 soft tacos, guacamole (one side), one tomato, cilantro or some papalo, bake or buy some cemita buns, a can of chipotles.
Method: You can scratch out the beef, lettuce filling and cheese from the tacos and combine them all together. You can start the filling in the bun with the chipotle, cheese and all the vegetables.
Then you can enjoy the dish, which is slightly mid-western in nature.

Ingredients: 6 ounces of sugar, 1 split vanilla bean, 8 ounces of whole milk, ½ teaspoon of the extract from mint leaves (optional), 6 egg yolks( large), Coarsely chopped mint leaves ( about 2 cups), 12 ounces of heavy cream.
Method: You can take a medium sized saucepan and pour milk, sugar, egg yolk, salt and cream and whisk it properly until it is combined. Heat the saucepan at around 145 degrees Fahrenheit. The mixture can be removed from the heat and placed in an air tight container.
Then the container can be cooled up to the room temperature with the help of an ice bath. When you order shake with the McDonalds party pack, the cooling process remains the same. After adding the vanilla beans and stirring some mint leaves, the custard can be refrigerated overnight.
In the morning, when the custard is taken out from the refrigerator, the vanilla beans can be removed and the mixture is to be set aside.
You can place the custard in the electric ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instruction. The mixture now becomes thick. Serve them in two glasses immediately.
Chicken Tikka Masala
The chicken tikka masala is a healthy and delicious fast food in India.
Ingredients : Chicken with bones (5 pounds), Toasted paprika( 3 tablespoons), Cayenne pepper ( 1 teaspoon) , Yogurt ( 2 cups), Onion( 1 large) thinly sliced, Heavy cream ( 1 cup), Butter/ghee ( 4 tablespoons) Roughly chopped cilantro leaves (1/2 cup).
Method: Place the chicken in the baking dish with their flesh side up. Then, take a small bowl and mix the ingredients like turmeric, cayenne, coriander and paprika. You can also combine the spices (garlic, ginger, little amount of salt and 2 tablespoons of yogurt) in paste form.
This marinade must be poured in the chicken pieces and it should coat the surfaces properly. Refrigerate the marinated chicken from minimum 4 hours to maximum 8 hours.
In the pan, you can add ghee/ butter and fry the onions in the medium heat. Add the other vegetables one by one. After a few minutes of simmering, you can add the baked chicken.
Finally, add the cream and the lemon juice. Salt seasoning can also be done at the end.
